The Kauai Maritime Foundation was formed in the Spring of 2022 by the Nawiliwili Yacht Club to participate in the stewardship of our oceans. We have received our 501(c)(3) status from the Internal Revenue Service. Donations may be tax exempt. As always, we recommend you consult your tax professional before making a donation, as we do not provide legal or accounting advice!

We are a 100% volunteer managed organization meaning that all the donations received either go directly to our mission or the support of our mission in terms of the costs associated with our organization.

Although we are not a Membership Organization, we do encourage you to become an annual supporter of our cause. As such, you will be a Supporting Member and you will receive certain benefits that go along with obtaining this status, including:

• Early Entry to all Events

• Discounts on Event Entry

• Preferred buffet line status

• Annual gift from KMF

• Meet and great with VIP guests

• Recognition in our annual report
